Data controller

DM Techworks (Eduardus Alvito Kristiadi), Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Contact: eduard@dmtechworks.com.

Data we collect

Through the brief form on the contact page:

  • your name, business or company name (optional), WhatsApp or email contact, the type of help you need, and description of your process;
  • the page language, the page where you clicked the button, the time you sent the form, and the time and version of your consent.

IP addresses and device signals are processed by Cloudflare for security and Turnstile verification, but we do not store them in our database.

Basis and purpose of processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (the checkbox on the form), only to follow up on the brief you sent. Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing.

Data processors

  • Cloudflare: site hosting, the brief database (D1), Turnstile verification, Web Analytics, Email Routing, and Worker logs. Logs contain request metadata only, without message contents or contact details, and Cloudflare keeps them for a few days.
  • Google (Gmail): the inbox that receives brief notification emails.
  • WhatsApp buttons open a Meta service outside this site. This site does not send form data to Meta.

Processing servers may be located outside Indonesia.

Retention

  • Brief data is kept in the database for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Deleted data may remain in automatic database backups for up to 7 days.
  • Copies of brief emails in the Gmail inbox are deleted on the same 12-month cycle.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by email to eduard@dmtechworks.com. We respond within 72 hours.

Incidents

If a personal data protection failure occurs, we will give written notice within 72 hours.

This policy refers to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
