Context
The Booster Gift prepares corporate gifts for companies, often in large quantities and carrying the customer's logo. Before this system, corporate orders were scattered across chats and spreadsheets.
The system is built around four roles: the owner, admin and sales staff who take orders, finance, and the production team.
ChallengeEvery corporate order was priced and tracked by hand
Regular and early-bird prices by quantity were worked out by hand for each order. The status of customer logo designs and printing was hard to follow, and inventory records and invoices were prepared by hand.
Modules builtFour main parts we built

Corporate orders
Each order keeps its quantity, payment status, and notes on one page, so admin and finance look at the same data.

Quantity-based pricing
Regular and early-bird prices switch automatically with the order quantity, so the team no longer calculates them by hand.

Logos and print status
The customer's logo is stored with its order, and the design and print status is visible for each order.

Inventory and documents
Stock is recorded in the system, and invoices and print documents are generated straight from the order data.
