Context
SiHedon sells money bouquets: bouquets arranged from real banknotes for graduations, birthdays, and other special moments. Orders now come in through the website and are also entered by hand by the team.
Before this system, orders and delivery schedules were spread across WhatsApp, Instagram, and the team's notes. Sales recaps by category, item, and employee were also compiled by hand each time.
The system is built around four roles: the owner, admin and customer service staff, finance, and the production team who arrange the bouquets.
ChallengeEvery order uses cash in specific denominations, and the stock has to match the orders
Banknotes of each denomination were counted and recorded by hand in a book or spreadsheet, while the owner needed to know how many notes of each denomination were available and when cash went out for a given order. The team also struggled to confirm which orders' funds had been taken out and checked by finance.
Modules builtThree main parts we built

Delivery calendar
Orders by delivery date and time, with filters for incomplete data, funds not yet taken out, and orders finance has not checked yet.

Vault by denomination
Banknote stock by denomination with stock in, stock out, and stocktaking. Stock out is recorded when an order's funds are marked as taken out.

Reports & access rights
Sales reports by category, item, and employee that can be exported to Excel, with different access for the owner and staff.
Technical decisions
- Cash is recorded when it is actually taken out. The vault stock only goes down when the order's funds are taken out, and cancelled orders leave it unchanged.
- One foundation, two brands. The same structure was reused for SiParipurna without building from scratch.
- Sample data for the demo. Every screen on this page uses fictitious data.
Results
- Used daily by the owner's team.
- Extended to a second brand. SiParipurna is built on the same foundation.
