Context
Brave Florist sells bouquets and fresh-flower arrangements from two branches. Before this system, orders arrived through WhatsApp and Instagram and the team wrote them down by hand, so orders were easy to miss.
The system is built around three roles. The owner keeps an eye on both branches, admin and customer service staff take orders, and florists work through the production queue.
ChallengeTwo branches with no shared record
The team had no single place to see which order to arrange first and which ones were urgent. Fresh-flower stock at the two branches was tracked separately, and sales and finance reports for each branch were put together by hand.
Modules builtFour main parts we built

Production queue
Orders from both branches land in one queue. Urgent orders are flagged, and each order shows the florist who is arranging it.

Stock by batch and inter-branch transfers
Fresh flowers are recorded by batch along with their shelf life, so stock at each branch can be checked from one screen. Stock can also be moved from one branch to the other, and every transfer is recorded.

Branch reports
The system produces sales and finance reports for each branch, so they are no longer put together by hand.

Storefront and QRIS payments
Customers pick a bouquet in the storefront or put one together with the bouquet builder, pay by QRIS, and get order status updates on WhatsApp.
